Mark Chavez is a native of Albuquerque New

Mexico and was a firefighter for 24 years. He is now retired and carving part time. He and his wife Maryjane have been married over 37 years and have a son and two daughters and four grand kids. Mark is a self taught artist who always accepts a challenge. His sculptures adorn homes and yards throughout Albuquerque and across the country.
